I have had the pleasure of working in the Office of Human Resources at Ithaca College for over 20 years having started my career in July of 1989. Over the years, I have held several positions within the Office with my current role being the Director of Compensation, Payroll, Student Employment, and Organizational Design. 

In my current role, I provide leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of a competitive compensation plan and structure for staff and administration, and I work with staff and administrators in developing organizational structures, defining positions and assessing knowledge, skills and abilities needed to achieve individual and departmental goals.  In addition, I have oversight of the payroll function. 

Ensuring competitive pay practices and timely and accurate payrolls for all of our staff, students and faculty is challenging and complex, and I am fortunate to work with a team of 3 highly skilled and committed professionals. We are passionate about providing great service and being accessible. If you have questions, concerns, or feedback about the services we offer, I welcome the opportunity to talk with you.
