I am the Manager of User Support Services for ITS. I am responsible for many (but not all) of our front facing services of ITS like the Helpdesk, Training and Documentation, Digital Media Services, Blackboard, Student Employment and Lab Services and Digital Media Production. I also facilitate the Staff and Faculty Liaison groups that provide vital input and collaboration to ITS.
I have the privilege of working with a highly dedicated, professional, smart, energetic group of people committed to providing excellent customer service to you every day; they are the User Support Services team! We thrive on sharing our expertise with you whether it be teaching, designing or troubleshooting.
