As the Director for First-Year Experience in the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs, I work closely with the First-Year Experience Coordinating Committee to plan and implement programs for our new and transfer student population.  These programs are geared to assist in a student's transition to the Ithaca College community and throughout their first year.  The following is a list of programs I currently oversee:
