LexisNexis now includes many non-English news sources, searchable by country or language.  To supplement the basic search features provided, using the tools provided with their recent interface change, numerous creative folk have created shortcuts to resources by language.  Here's a short list.

A large compilation of liinks for searching just about anything.  Also, if you don't find what you need, you can create your own, say, to retrieve articles from any paper for a particular time period, say today, or the next 7 days, or... as a good substitute for browsing the paper itself.
