After graduating from Ithaca College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, I spent five years working with teens as a program coordinator for a grassroots advocacy campaign while also working at IC as a part-time admission counselor.. I obtained my Master of Science degree in Higher Education from Syracuse University in 2005, completing internships in career services at Ithaca College and orientation at Florida Gulf Coast University. I then spent two years as an Assistant Director of Admission at IC before transitioning to my current position in Career Services.
