My work in the Office of Human Resources involves three main areas of expertise :

• Systems

Maintenance of functional front-end structures for Parnassus, Ithaca College's implementation of the Oracle HCM E-Business Suite.

• Data

Setup and retrieval of data from Parnassus for campus constituencies using various reporting tools.

• Media

Maintenance of the HR website.

My professional area of interest involves studies in Information Architecture and Findability : The design of information systems (indexing, cataloging, classification, recording and organizing information) that support the needs of users by providing attractive, intuitive interfaces supporting a range of information tasks and accommodating a range of individual resources.
