My name is Linda Koenig and I am the Assistant Director for Housing Services and Communications in the Office of Residential Life.  On a day to day basis, I work with students to help identify solutions for housing concerns and engage them in conversations about future goals while helping them connect to Ithaca College.  In addition, I am responsible for housing self selection via HomerConnect and maintain occupancy. 

As a member of the residential life department, I work each day to not only challenge and support students, but provide quality customer service to students and their parents.   Likewise, I work to develop relationships with offices across campus to make informed referrals and develop lasting professional relationships.
