Hi, I'm Maura. I have been a member of the Ithaca College Human Resources team for seven years, as a Compensation Specialist in Compensation, Payroll & Organizational Design. I provide assistance in administering compensation policies and programs, including compiling and analyzing current market salary data. I also work with various departments and individuals to assist in developing organizational structures, writing and revising job descriptions, and other related projects.  

I enjoy working with the Human Resources Department, and with the individuals and departments who utilize our services. Please feel free to call me or stop in my office in the garden level of the PRW Center if you have any questions about the services we provide.
