As the Director of Student Leadership and Involvement in the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs, I over see the unit responsible for student leadership programs, student organizations, and community service programs. I work with students, staff, and faculty to create a comprehensive leadership education program emphasizing learning and personal development through practical application of leadership practices and theories. Some of the specific programs that I coordinate include:
- Leadership Scholars Program
- Cross Cultural Leadership Retreat (CCLR)
- Women in Leadership Experience
- Jumpstart: Lead-In
- Student Leadership Consultants (SLC)
Prior to joining Ithaca College in 2008, I worked at a variety of colleges and universities in Maryland, California, and New York. I earned a BS and MS in Education at SUNY Geneseo, and a MS in Creative Studies at Buffalo State College. I facilitate interactive leadership workshops on a variety of topics. If you would like to set up personalized leadership training for your student organization, please contact me.
