My role at the College is to help propel the College’s diversity and inclusion objectives. Through community-wide collaborations and partnerships, I serve in developing and implementing strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives to engage the entire campus community. I provide leadership in developing and implementing strategies to integrate effective diversity practices with College workplace practices, and monitor progress in creating a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
I am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and I have completed Cornell University's Diversity Management Certificate Program (CCDP). I am committed to providing excellent service to our students, staff and faculty. I am fortunate to work with professionals that share my focus of providing the College's students and employees with holistic support and valuable services. I have been working at Ithaca College since 2004 and in the office of Human Resources since 2008. Prior to coming to Ithaca College, I recruited for JCPenney, managed a Behavorial Health Clinic and was Payroll Account Manager for Advantage Payroll.
