I joined the Ithaca College community in 1997 and thoroughly enjoy my work here because of our mission and our amazing students, staff, and faculty who strive toward our vision of excellence every day. In addition to my role in human resources, I teach leadership in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies, volunteer for a local community organization and consult to a wide variety of organizations with a focus on academic leadership, management and supervisory development including strategic planning, team building, conflict management, and dealing with the human side of change. My work history is diverse having served over the years as a high school math teacher, an industrial engineer, and small business owner. I am the proud mother of two Ithaca College grads, Daisy (2008) and Joey (2009), and live in Ithaca with my husband Joe.
