As the Business and Operations Coordinator for the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs (OSEMA), I serve on the OSEMA leadership team to coordinate and manage the financial and business operations within the office and for all student organizations. I work to create a supportive and inclusive environment on campus that complements the academic experience, connects and engages all students with the Ithaca College community, and provides opportunities for on-going personal and professional development. I also prepare and manage the office operational and capital budgets and oversee the administrative support workflow. Implement and maintain accounts, identify budget needs, prepare budget reports, and review and approve transactions and purchases. I provide financial oversight and direct assistance to registered student organizations and assist with the coordination of and implementation of programs and activities. I oversee travel and assist with travel planning and coordination. I serve as information source for administrators, faculty, staff and students and maintain and ensure the confidentiality of office records and files.
