As the Residence Director for Terraces 1-4, I supervise 11 Resident Assistants.  I oversee the day to day operations of these residential communities. I also manage 3 specialty areas including the HOME(Housing Offering a Multicultural Experience) Program, the Sustainably Conscious Community and the all Female Terrace located in Terrace 1. 

I serve on several committees for Ithaca College including Resident Assistant Selection & Recruitment Committee, Residential Models Committee, the President's Advisory Council on Diversity, the Diversity Awareness Committee, and the Disability Awareness Month Planning Committee.
