As the Associate Director, I assist the Director in providing leadership for the Residential Life and Judicial Affairs departments.  My responsibilities include:

• Supervision of two Area Coordinators 
• Resident Assistant (RA) recruitment, selection and training
• Residence Director (RD) recruitment, selection and training
• Coordination of the Residential Learning Communities Program
• Development and Implementation of the First-Year Residential (FYRE) Experience Program
• Residence Hall programs
• Residence Hall Association (RHA) and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH)
• Department assessment
• Strategic planning

Professional interests include diversity & social justice, student development theory, and sustainability.  In my free time I enjoy gardening, home improvement projects, and hiking in the beautiful Ithaca area.
