Sharon Beltaine coordinates ITS training and documentation services, in addition to managing the student training specialist team. Together, she and the training specialists provide workshops, documentation, tutorials, and backline consulting services to support the use of information technologies at Ithaca College. Delivered through the Technology Learning Center (TLC) in 101 Friends Hall, these services are available at no charge to all faculty, staff, and students.
