Hi! My name is Sue DuBrava and I am the Administrative Assistant that supports the Director and Associate Director in the Office of Residential Life and Judicial Affairs! I have been a part of the team since January 2006. My primary responsibilities in the office consists of but not limited to supervising our front office student assistants; providing assistance in developing and/or maintaining department budget; process ProCard transactions, manual checks, purchase orders and requisitions. Reconcile departmental budget and process all accounts receivable. I also coordinate administrative tasks related to the Resident Assistant (RA) process to include preparing materials, room arrangements, scheduling and all correspondences for the Resident Assistant (RA) selection process; maintaining RA applications, and coordinating the compensation process. Prepare and update reports and correspondence with the Financial Aid Office. Along with providing assistance to various search committee chairpersons to include on-line processing, preparing letters and documentation, setting up itineraries and making travel arrangements.
My office hours are from 7:00am – 3:00pm.
