Theresa Radley, Assistant Director of Student Involvement
Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs

I am from Syracuse, NY and have always heard of the great opportunities Ithaca College has to offer. I once thought of being a student here at IC, but felt it would be best for me to move away from home. I received a Bachelor of Arts English Communications at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA). At MCLA I was extremely involved on campus, but my favorite involvement was working in the Student Activities Office. Through that experience I knew I wanted to work in Higher Education. I graduated from Springfield College with a Masters in Education: Student Personnel and Administration. Prior to working at Ithaca College I worked at Cazenovia College as the Assistant Director of Student Events and Programs. I am very excited to be working at Ithaca College and with the students.

At Ithaca College, I oversee all clubs and organizations on campus and advise S.A.B., IC After Dark, Front Row Club and B.O.C. I enjoy working with students and planning very fun and interactive events. More information about clubs and organizations can be found here.

Other programs that I coordinate include:
 o Student Organizations-
        Planning the Student Organization Fair
Maintaining the OSEMA Recognized Student Organization Process
        Assist in planning of events
        Club Hub

o Leading @ IC
Workshops designed for student organizations to obtain knowledge and skills to assist them in the role as a student organization officer. I host a different workshop every Tuesday at 4pm.

o The Student Activities Center
      Open to all student Organizations

On a personal note I love to read, write, listen to music and watch movies. I am a huge football fan and cheer on the Bills every season.

If you have any questions about student life on campus or want a free piece of candy please feel free to email me at tradley@ithaca.edu, stop by the OSEMA office or call 607-274-3222.
