Theresa Radley, Assistant Director of Student Involvement
Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs
I am from Syracuse, NY and have always heard of the great opportunities Ithaca College has to offer. I once thought of being a student here at IC, but felt it would be best for me to move away from home. I received a Bachelor of Arts English Communications at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA). At MCLA I was extremely involved on campus, but my favorite involvement was working in the Student Activities Office. Through that experience I knew I wanted to work in Higher Education. I graduated from Springfield College with a Masters in Education: Student Personnel and Administration. Prior to working at Ithaca College I worked at Cazenovia College as the Assistant Director of Student Events and Programs. I am very excited to be working at Ithaca College and with the students.
At Ithaca College, I will be overseeing all clubs and organizations on campus and advising S.A.B., IC After Dark, IFC and B.O.C. I enjoy working with students and planning very fun and interactive events. I am looking forward to meeting and working with as many students as possible. More information about clubs and organizations can be found here.
Other programs that I coordinate include:
o Student Organizations-
Planning the Student Organization Fair
Maintaining Registration
Assist in planning of events
o Leading @ IC
Workshops designed for student organizations to obtain knowledge and skills to assist them in the role as a student organization officer
o The Student Activities Center
Open to all student Organizations
o The Forum
A monthly meeting to increase collaboration and networking between student organizations
On a personal note I love to read, write, listen to music and watch movies. I am a huge football fan and cheer on the Bills every season.
