As the Administrative Assistant of the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs, my job is to work with the OSEMA team to create a supportive and inclusive environment on campus that complements the academic experience, connects and engages all students with the Ithaca College community, and provides opportunities for on-going personal and professional development. I also provide financial support to multicultural affairs, and student involvement programs. I provide assistance and coordinate office activities and services for OSEMA. As the Administrative Assistant of OSEMA, I help with the hiring, training, and supervision of the Student Leadership Consultants. I assist with coordinating travel and meetings for OSEMA; maintaining files and databases, and process a variety of College procedural operational forms.
I grew up right here in Newfield, NY and the Ithaca area has always been my home. I received my Bachelors degree in Health Science from the State University of New York at Cortland. While my partner served in the United State Marine Corps, I was fortunate to hold a job as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist in North Carolina. This experience made me realize my love of working with students and I admire the ability of students to make an impact on the world. Working at Ithaca College has long been a professional goal of mine and I am so happy to be a part of the Ithaca College Community.
Please feel free to stop by the front desk of OSEMA and say "Hello!". I love meeting new people!
