I grew up in Trumansburg, NY, just outside of Ithaca, and am proud to hold two degrees from the Ithaca College School of Music. As a music educator, I taught vocal music (and the occasional saxophone lesson) for 11 years to students of all ages including at Owego Apalachin Central Schools, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Ithaca Community Nursery School, and most recently at Trumansburg Central Schools. Although I love teaching music, I've always been drawn to higher education and the opportunity to return to my alma mater to work with prospective students and share with them all of the amazing things Ithaca College and the Ithaca area have to offer.
My other interests include teaching group fitness classes at FLX Fitclub in downtown Ithaca, running on the hundreds of beautiful trails in the area, and making music when I have the chance. l currently live in Danby with my partner, Jason.
