As the Director for New Student & Transition Programs, I oversee all initiatives designed to support students transitioning into and through college at IC. In particular, our office focuses on initiatives for first-year, first-generation, sophomore, transfer, and veteran students. We we also soon support family engagement initiatives at Ithaca College. Please feel free to reach out if you are a student interested in support in one of these areas, a student seeking to design new initiatives for one of these populations, a faculty or staff member looking to connect and partner in support of students, or a family member wanting additional information or support about the college experience at IC.

I am originally from Delaware but now consider Ithaca, NY home. My family lives in a small town just outside of Ithaca. We have two golden retrievers (Kyra & Sophie) and a daughter named May. My professional passions include student learning outcome development & assessment, student leadership & development, meta-learning strategies, social justice education, and service to the community. Personally, I love swimming for fun, hiking the gorges, interior design, reading, writing, and designing jewelry. I love helping students who are interested in careers in higher education through the graduate application process, resume creation, and personal statement writing - feel free to reach out if you want to connect!
